• User Eligibility: Only individuals aged 18 or above can place orders or engage in transactions.

• Product Authenticity: All spices are sourced from renowned regions for quality assurance.

• Packaging: Products are delivered in hygienic, tamper-proof, and customized packaging.

• Availability: All offerings are subject to stock levels and seasonal availability.

• Order Limitations: We reserve the right to limit product quantities.

• Pricing:

  • All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST unless mentioned otherwise.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

• Payment Options: We accept UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (where applicable).

• Order Fulfilment: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 working days via reliable logistics partners.

• Returns & Refunds:

  • Accepted only for damaged, incorrect, or expired items reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Non-returnable items include opened packets, perishable goods, and those reported beyond the stipulated time.

  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method within 7–10 working days upon verification.
